About

Amy Reich is a composer and pianist, currently on the faculty at Montclair State University Cali School of Music. Her works have been performed by the Pro Arte Chamber Orchestra, the Cleveland Chamber Collective, Dinosaur Annex, Los Angeles Philharmonic Chamber Music Series, Tanglewood Music Center, Ciao! Intergenerational Orchestra, Baroque Orchestra of New Jersey, Josquin Cage, and Composers in Red Sneakers (of which she was a founding member), among others. She has received grants from Meet-the-Composer, the Massachusetts Council on the Arts, the American Harp Society, and Harvard University.

Dr. Reich attended the New England Conservatory of Music and Harvard University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. Her principal teachers were William Thomas McKinley, Earl Kim, and Leon Kirchner.
